Retreat Facilitator and Yoga Practitioner
Michal Smith is a certified yoga teacher, belly dance instructor, and tarot reader focused on the intersection of personal narrative and embodied wholeness. They bring a love of storytelling and over a decade of somatic movement practices to everything they do, helping their clients, their friends, and themself lead more joyful, attuned lives. They believe that movement is for everyone, that your stories are your superpower, and that you're definitely a better dancer than you think you are. Their offerings aim to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where your story and your embodied truth take center stage so you can finally attune. You can find more of their work and philosophy on their website attunedmovement.studio or through their Instagram @attunedmovementstudio.
