Let’s get started building your retreat!
Custom Retreat Options
Self-Care Retreats
Oftentimes, we put ourselves last on the priority list and tell ourselves that we’ll make time for self-care once we complete everything else on our to-do list. But, it turns out that to-do list is never ending and it will be waiting for us, whether we carve out time for ourselves or not.
Our self-care retreats are designed to help you reconnect with who you are, recharge, and revel in an experience that is designed just for you.
Your soul is calling you…how much longer are you going to make it wait?
Retreats for Your Workplace
Your team works hard day in and day out but without taking time to step back, they’re at risk of burn out and low morale. We know you care and want to create a retreat that motivates your team to do their best work, but it can be extraordinarily difficult to design such an experience when you yourself are feeling a bit burned out or strapped for time. That’s where we come in! We have designed group experiences that focus on everything under the sun, from team building to strategic planning to collective impact and systems change. We can’t wait to hear about what your goals are for the time and make it manifest!
Retreats with Loved Ones
Whether you are planning your friend’s bachelorette party, a family reunion, or another special occasion, we are here to help you make the most meaning out of the experience. You don’t have to do things the same old way…you and your loved ones deserve to have an experience that you’ll reminisce about for years to come.
Retreats with Other Groups
There are a number of reasons you might want to work with us to custom design a retreat for a group. Maybe you are thinking about starting a business with some people you know or you want to spend more intentional time with a group that you gather with regularly or from time to time. Whatever the reason, we are excited to design a meaningful retreat alongside you!

Under her leadership, Nashville became the third city in the nation to host citizenship corners in public spaces. Marielle Lovecchio
Marielle is a seasoned leader in collective impact and systems change. She has worked with coalitions locally and nationally to cast bold visions that imagine thriving children, families, and communities in Nashville and beyond, and worked daily to make those visions a reality through innovation and advocacy.
She most recently served as Director of the Tennessee Alliance for Economic Mobility, where alongside an incredible team and a total of 64 staff across 16 Middle Tennessee counties, she led the nation’s largest anti-poverty pilot (2021–2025) focused on the benefits cliff, after successfully pitching for a $25 million grant to support 1,100 families impacted by the benefits cliff.
Previously, while working at the Nashville After Zone Alliance (2017-2021), Marielle led a number of nationally-recognized efforts, including Nashville’s Vision for Holistic Youth Development, Nashville’s engagement in a national STEM equity initiative, and Nashville’s leadership in a national cohort focused on growing the whole child movement.
Earlier in her career, Marielle designed and scaled educational programs for refugee and immigrant communities and out-of-school time systems for youth, raising $3.7 million in funding. The long-term impact of her early work continues to flourish today — from a thriving community garden run by refugees that has grown 36,000 pounds of food in one acre to a 13-year civic engagement initiative for youth.
Known for her ability to lead with vision, Marielle has planned and facilitated thousands of meetings and gatherings and remains passionate about creating spaces where people can cultivate connection and turn bold ideas into reality.
