  • Prepare simple, healthy meals to enjoy throughout the coming week, making everyday wellness feel both practical and achievable

  • Practice meaningful rituals centered on food and gratitude

  • Through moments of mindfulness and reflection, you'll be invited to notice how preparing meals can become an act of presence, generosity, and self-care

  • Share conversation, laughter, and the simple joy of creating something together

What You'll Leave With:

  • 2-3 ready-to-enjoy meals for the week ahead

  • New recipes to make again, 

  • Simple practices you can weave into your daily routine. 

  • The feeling of being nourished: physically by food, emotionally through authentic connection, and spiritually through the practice of gratitude

Megan Godbey, Co-Founder of Verdant Center, is an innovator, and has always been interested in creating new solutions for problems she experiences while working through intentional community. With each new challenge, she has sought to integrate curiosity, arts and self awareness practices. She cannot wait to help more women look within on their path to being well.
