Olivia Jiménez (she/ella) is a teaching artist and yoga therapist who believes that when we start to unlock the stuck parts of ourselves it lets us show up more fully, more joyfully, more authentically in all aspects of our lives. Moving through physical, creative, mental, & emotional blocks allows us to feel more resilient, more capable of taking on things that are new or challenging, and more connected to ourselves and our communities. Olivia draws on her varied background - which includes experiential education, visual and performing arts, somatics, and community organizing - to design playful, empowering spaces for participants to rest, regenerate, and grow. A lifelong student of arts, movement and embodied practices, Olivia holds a B.A. in Theatre from the University of Southern California and is a trauma-informed C-IAYT Yoga Therapist.
