Join us for “Trust Your Voice,” a half-day retreat for women to slow down, tune out the noise, and reconnect with their voice.
This Is For You If:
You overthink before you speak, send the text, or hit “post.”
You stay quiet, not because you have nothing to say, but because you’re afraid of saying it “wrong.”
You feel like a different person in different rooms.
You wonder if what you have to say really matters.
You’ve left conversations wishing you’d said what you really meant (and replayed them ever since).
The sound of your own voice makes you cringe.
You’re confident with some people and second-guess yourself with others.
You’re ready to stop editing yourself before you speak.
You’ll Have Space to:
Hear your own voice differently
Get more honest about what you actually think, feel, and want
Practice trusting your first response instead of questioning it
Leave with simple ways to keep choosing your own voice after the retreat
What You Can Expect:
Breathwork, movement & guided vocal experiences designed to get you out of your head and into your voice
Reflection and journaling to take it to the next level
An intimate group of just 10 women, with room for connection, conversation, and individual attention
A beautiful, cozy setting with snacks, thoughtful details, and a guided journal you’ll actually want to keep using
What You’ll Walk Away with:
The ability to trust your own opinion before you ask for anyone else’s
Ways to catch the voice that talks you out of things, before it wins
Knowing what you sound like when you’re not editing yourself
Proof you can say the damn thing, and survive it
A guided journal so this doesn’t stop when the afternoon does
Leave the notifications, to-do lists, and demands of the outside world behind for an afternoon.
Sign up here! It’s time to say what you mean and trust your voice.
